If I don't eat breakfast I'm hungry mid morning which then makes me go for quick snack stuff which usually isn't the better choices or punishing myself and remaining hungry until I prepare lunch. Neither good ...

I love breakfast - I find that if I skip breakfast, I am more likely to snack on a simple carb later which will not fill me up.
However I have always eaten breakfast so I am supposed I am used to it

I always have a Power shake for breakfast, its the most important meal and should be balanced like any meal.

If you're not hungry in the morning, whats the latest that you eat the previous evening?

I never eat breakfast and everyone tells me it is not a good habit. The reality is I am not hungry when I wake up and I think it doesn't make sense to force food in my mouth when I have no hunger.

So is it really bad to skip breakfast?
You're lucky. I wish I was like this and didn't crave a chocolate cake when I wake in the morning.

For you though, I would at least get a little protein in you so your body doesn't take it from your muscle. A protein shake would work good here.

No matter what your fitness goals are it's always a good idea to eat something for breakfast. Complex carbs such as oats are great to kickstart your day and stop you feeling sluggish. Don't forget to drink a large glass of water as soon as you wake up and you will be feeling the benefits before you know it.

Yes, your body is using muscle to burn calories.

Well, For people who "don't have the time" or "couldn't be bothered" with breakfast, a tasty, nutritious, High-Protein shake is a great start to the day. It may contain everything your body needs on a daily basis..
