I tend to have overnight oats, 28g oats with almond milk, then I add a chopped banana and lots of blueberries. I have started adding frozen red berries as they thaw out overnight and add lots of flavour
I can recommend breakfast muffins - I take a silicone muffin pan and fill it up with ham, peppers, sautéed mushrooms and then top it with whisked eggs and bake until set. They are all free food and can be eaten on the move either hot or cold and are delicious Attachment 1030

can I ask how long you can store them for when cooked? This would be perfect for me on busy mornings at the guest house when travelling!
