I made homemade bolognese and bought large peppers.
I layered:
2 tbsp bolognese
Gluten free spaghetti - Soy bean spaghetti from Aldi
Cooked in advance
1 tbsp cottage cheese
Small amount of cheddar cheese
... Repeated twice
- Oven set to 180 for 20 minutes
- Topped with mozzarella and put back in the oven for 10 minutes
