It's so simple, but I often forget about it. All reasons are important, I'm thinking of making myself such a reminder. At the very least, drink water in the morning after bedtime.
Water (not tap water but Purified water or Alkaline) helps flush out toxins in the body! It also helps you lose weight, IF, you're drinking the right amount for your body weight, which is 1/2 ounce - 1 ounce of water per pound a day!!
