Couldn't agree more, but I find it soooooo difficult lol sometimes I manage to drink up to 2L a day and I really feel the benefits, and then the next day I forget to drink regularly and then I find it impossible to drink 1L.. This is really something I need to work on!

I have installed an app on my phone that reminds me of drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day. I have set it at a certain time interval and it keeps reminding me and even tracks how many glasses I actually drank. But, in all honestly, my record is very poor. I have never been able to fulfill the "drink 8 glass water in a day". Everyday, I drink just around 4 glasses.
