Our bodies NEED carbs for energy, so please don't get caught up in that line of thinking that all carbs are bad or that you should restrict your fruit and veggie intake. You need five to nine servings a day of them! To answer your question, though, yes, fruits in general have more carbs than veggies, with the exception of corn and potatoes. Beans are also high in carbs, but technically, they aren't veggies -- they're legumes.
