I went through a phase of just constantly eating. Grazing all day long on free food. And though my SW leader insists that you can lose weight and still eat unlimited free foods i reckon theres got to be a limit?
Last week i just wanted to eat & eat, and i did

and only lost 0.5lb that week. Anyway after a bad start to my week i decided to make sure i increased my carbs at meal times. Having new potatoes with my salad, rice with chilli, savoury rice, pasta & sauce etc. And its worked. Ive not grazed at all, stuck to my 3 meals a day and melon & yogurt at night.
So if you find yourself grazing, perhaps increase you carbs at meal times
