Anything high in water will be lower calories, so I'm guessing things like oranges, grapes, melon, apples?

Grapefruits are quite low calorie. I think I had around half a grapefruit for around 45 calories about a month back. Plums are low too.

I eat watermelon, grapes, and apples. Honestly, I just eat any fruits and vegetables because I know they are never very full of calories and they are healthy to eat.

I eat watermelons and tangerines most of the time. When it comes to fruits, I tend to splurge a bit. I would rather go over my calories on fruit than some other snack food.

In general, most fruits contain more calories than vegetables, but one of the lowest calorie fruits are grapefruits, which have only about 40 calories for half a grapefruit.
