I was so worried it would come across really wrong

when I was doing insanity I'd make a peanut butter milkshake after for a protein hit, but only cos I was totally drained after it! With normal exercise I don't bother cos I just dont feel like I need it! I used to work with a guy who had a degree in sport science/nutrition or something and he said there wasn't actually anything proven about needing extra protein after a workout unless you're body building or something!
