Anyone had this happen?

Really increased my exercise last week, solid 5 days at the gym.

I'm due on in 5 days but nooooo today its here. I've had problems with spotting before I'm due on etc but this isn't spotting I'm definately on!

Sounds like it has then. Just had a quick google and theres a lot of questions asking the same. So most probably is. Bit annoying when you cant predict when its going to arrive tho

Was just gonna ask if you had been irregular while you been goin the gym, but was too slow haha!

Sounds like your body is adjusting to the weightloss! Rather annoying tho. I found I've been more regular now I'm losing weight which amazed me.

It's been a pure pain in backside last 2 days at night nothing as soon as I'm up an active in the morning it came back lightly. Must admit its not been as bad as usual at all!

Based on my experience, I think exercise and weight loss do affect the menstrual cycle. Anytime I begin a serious exercise program or lose a significant amount of weight, my period is either early or late.

LizzyIzzy, yes I have the same experience!

So obviously weight loss and active sport effect on your menstrual cycle, Woobles
