Work food sucks when I have not prepared my own at home.
Today I’ve had scrambled eggs on toast then a sausage sandwich .... that’s x4 slices of bread today and while out observing ice skating a hot chocolatier drink.

Tea tonight will be a bit of a treat (almost Christmas) Lean gammon, cheese (blush) soufflé grilled toms and salad potatoes

Yesterday we had roast dinner sandwiches, they are amazing.
Today we are having ham and homemade chips with some peas, some gorgeous ham joints left over from Christmas stock on offer in Tesco today.

Ohhh I love roast dinner on a soft bread roll!
Trying to think what I’ve had...
Christmas Day the obvious
Boxing Day buffet style food and leftover chicken in seed rolls
Yesterday shredded cooked chicken and a mini Christmas dinner with left over veg potatoes etc
Today at work fajitas, 2 small wraps, ARGH I HATE WORK FOOD!!!!

Yesterday I had smashed avocado on toast with bacon and a fried egg ... oh and a nice dollop PF Luchito Chipotle Chilli Mayo so soooo good!
