Monday - BBQ, salad and homemade lemon dressing
Tuesday - GF chili sausages, egg, peri peri rice & lemon chili spinach
Day time juicing - spinach, cucumber, mint, lemon, celery & apples

Chicken done in instant pot with the obvious served with homemade dressing (skyr, chilli, garlic & fresh squeezed lemon) and some cheeky wedges with peri peri seasoning!
