I was so tired last night after coming home from my 48 hour shift I made nothing ... it was meant to be chicken, spicy rice, asparagus and eggs. I may have that tonight!

Left over spicy carrot and lentil soup I lunch prepped for work this weekend ... easiness tonight, not too hungry! Had some low calorie days but they will increase at work!
