Tuesday I took my eldest out for dinner because her sister was on a school trip and had garlic chicken with sweet potato chips

Wednesday I had chicken, asparagus, egg and a little mexican rice

Thursday (yesterday) I had chicken, lot's of broccoli, butternut squat and sweet potato roasted cubes and a little mash

Today is chilli in a tortilla basket
