I am having cajun chicken done in the Instant Pot and making a homemade cajun sauce with slices of chorizo and serve with soy bean and black bean spaghetti ... it's a little twist really because I usually do it all together with pasta twists!

I'm having a small gammon steak, avocado and chili mayo on a toasted muffin served with some spinach and piccolo tomatoes ... and a few sweet potato fries! After 2 WO's I won't even feel guilty for the carbs today lol
