What's for tea tonight?!
Tonight it will be salad, as I make a mean and very varied one. A base of crisp lettuce, chopped onions, celery and cucumber, sliced tomatoes all covered in black pepper, basil, lemon juice and grated cheese, then chopped beetroot, gherkin and pastrami with some egg mayonnaise on the side. I have Scotch eggs too but that may be overkill!
We just had spicy mexican chicken cooked with peppers, onions, lots of chillis, cumin and paprika, bit of rice (instead of the usual tortilla wraps), some zero fat greek yoghurt, lots of salad.
We have lots of spicy chicken left from last night so my plan is to make some pizza sauce (chopped toms, tomato puree, onions, basil blitzed) and make a pizza for two out of a tortilla wrap (7.5 syns between 2 people) the sauce (free), 25g Grana Padano Cheese grated (5 syns between 2 people) top the whole thing off with some of the leftover spicy chicken and eat with salad. I believe (sticks tongue out the side of mouth) that's 6.25 syns each - no other syns used today.

Fancy a curry tonight
Will have to find a nice slimming world version
Turkey, lots of roasted root vegetables, broccoli and HURRAY new potatoes back on the shelves here in Denmark, so a couple of those boiled
Not sure about syns or whatnot in home made gravy (also very lean meat so it could just end up runny stock) so might have a little cranberry jelly with it as today's naughty. Have a lovely weekend all
We had lasagne.
Just put a potato rosti in the oven, we'll have it with Danish Frikadella (a bit like Swedish meatballs) using low fat pork and beef mince, an egg, some onion and herbs. Some broccoli, carrots and peppers alongside. 15 year old is gleeful, frikadella is a firm favourite.
I had boiled eggs and toast.
Home made chicken chow mein, all superfree and free foods on SW except for a naughty tbsp of oyster sauce.
Sardines with rice, and mushrooms and onions cooked in coconut oil.
