Last night I had potato waffles, bacon, fried egg done with Fry Light, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast. Was gorgeous lol. Had the toast as my extra so was only 5 syns

Chicken Katsu Curry tonight from the Slimming World Website. Had it at the weekend and had lots of sauce left over so best use it up! It's really yum

We had pasta and bolognaise made with soya mince, ate far too much as usual
