Roast dinner
Chicken, spinach, egg and 2tbsp of spicy rice!
Fish and chips
Chicken - marinated but what I don't know yet, broccoli, low fat creamy cabbage and leeks - a couple of air fried sweet potatoes (low carbing).
Cottage pie
Fajitas with lettuce unless I have any protein wraps in the garage freezer. Haven't been bothered to check yet! Ha!
Steak pie
Chili tonight ... small amount of rice and in a baked whole wrap with total 0% on top!
