Last night I had spicy chunky veg and chicken soup. I threw ingredients into the Instant Pot and it's amazing. Batch cooked for the following day time too.
Tonight I'm making Cajun Chicken Pasta but I will literally only have a couple of spoons full, 2 chicken breasts and some peppery salad on the side/or spinach!
