What did you eat today?
I thought this would be a good idea for a thread! What has everyone eaten today?
I've not finished my day yet, but yesterday was:
Breakfast: oatmeal and grapefruit
Lunch: sweet potato, kidney beans, broccoli, mushrooms
Snack: cup soup
Dinner: Sardines with pasta and broccoli, mushrooms.
Snack: cup soup and rye crisp bread
Drinks were 3 pints of water, plus some green tea with lemon.
Breakfast: toast
Lunch: pasta and sauce
Dinner: crayfish salad
Snacks: yorkie bar, tea, alpen bar
B: fruit
L: Yogurt
D: quorn sausage(linda mcC red onion), sw chips, salad and wholemeal bap
Poor days eating, it was too hot and I was weeding outside and all I done was drink pints of water :|
I ate shockingly yesterday!
Brunch: toast
S: few biscuits
Early tea: potshot
S: ice pop
Proper tea: some tart thing with salad
Was too bloody hot and I couldn't ve arsed
Yesterday started well but didn't last!
Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - half a pizza
Snack- cup soup and bread
Dinner- chicken and pasta
Snacks - crisps, chocolates, almonds
Breakfast: fruit and fibre cereal with banana and raspberries
Lunch: pitta bread, tuna, spring onion, cherry toms, cucumber and low fat mayo
Dinner: spicy moroccan vegetable burger, pasta with feta cheese, cherry toms and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Snacks: nutri-grain apple and cinnamon bar, apple, cherries and blueberries
Here's my contribution and it's very tasty and filling. I started with a boiled egg and toast, then had a banana for lunch and finished with a dinner of cold meat, cheese and salad as it was such a hot day. I snacked on fruit ice lollies and sugar snap peas.
So far today I've had a mozzarella, tomato and pesto panini and salad! Never eat properly on Saturdays
having nachos for tea and got some donuts in sainsbugs before!
