B- 2 sml wholemeal toast wih jam & banana
L- Banana, Apple, pear & kiwi
T - Salmon, new potatoes, carrots & green beans,
S - Apple & orange, and a highlights hot choc.

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with banana
Lunch - tuna pasta salad
Tea - spicy moroccan vegetable quarter pounder with broccoli and cauliflower
Snacks - banana, kiwi, ww fruit crumble bar and greek yogurt with honey

Went to a BBQ at my parents house, not exactly sure what I ate but I know I had far too much to drink

Breakfast - nothing, oops!
Lunch - jacket potato, cottage cheese and veg
Snack - apple, cup soup and small crackers
Dinner - sardines, pasta and veg

Had a pretty good day food-wise yesterday!
Breakfast - chocolate ready brek with banana
Lunch - salmon and cucumber sandwich on wholemeal with ww cheese crisps
Dinner - glamorgan sausages with mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower
Snacks - custard pot, melon, strawberries, apple and grapes

Yesterday I had:
B - toast
L - jacket potato and cottage cheese
D - chicken and pasta with veg
S - crisps, oops

So far had
2 slices of bergen bread with light philly & ham for dinner with small bag.of.hula hoops!
Feel ravenous today

So far today I've had a bowl of shreddies, a piece of birthday cake and salad, w/meal pitta and natural yoghurt! Picked the lettuce out the garden which made it even nicer  and the kids have eaten it cos they grew it!

I love it, although I wouldn't really call it a plot, it's a few grow bags and planters
