I only have breaded haddock. If I remove the breadcrumbs after cooking it in the oven, will I still have to syn it.

Possibly not.
To be honest, depending which brand you get, the syns aren’t massive, though they’ll still take up a chunk of your daily allowance.
If you’re removing the coating, id be tempted maybe to count a couple of syns just in case there’s something within the coating that soaks into the fish whilst it’s cooking (oils, etc.)

See I'm opposite I'd not syn it but I did things like not bother syn'ing butter and sugar in my coffee unless I had more than 2 cups.

I have to admit there are things I don’t syn, but it’s the things that are 1/2 for 10 of something... everything else gets written down... I’m sure it’s classed as ocd
