Can anyone tell me if I can use alpen sugar free muesli instead of plain oats??😕

I use All-bran (40g/HEb) instead of oats, but made the exact same way. Really tasty.

Yes Oats is a better breakfast option since it delay stomach emptying, so you will not feel hungry soon, which helps with weight loss.
