No it seems to be in like a jar or something? I don't get why or what the benefit is of leaving stuff all mixed together overnight?

Is it like homemade museli? So you leave it soaking overnight or something? Can't stand the thought of squishy cereals personally!

i think when you get the Irish oat it does said to soak it overnight but then you cook it

I've just found it in the sw mag! 35g porridge oats mixed with mullerlight and fruit! I wana try! I suppose it goes a bit like a chilled porridge!
