Hi all... sorry to ask again... been doing SW for about 2 weeks... couple of lbs off... but just wanted to check I'm doing ok... today I'm working a very long shift and overnight so needed to plan for dinner and night shift dinner
Hexa semi skimmed milk for my tea
Brunch - scrambled eggs with 25g chorizo (3syns) 2 slices of wholemeal toast (hexb) I can't believe it's not butter light (2.5syns) mushrooms and tomato
Dinner - pasta salad with chicken tomato and cucumber and balsamic dressing (1syn). Banana and satsumas. Lidl fat free greek yogurt
Snack - carrot sticks
Night shift dinner- jacket potato with baked beans. 2tsp of clover (3syns). Satsumas and banana. Muller light greek style yogurt (0.5syns)
