Wednesdays BTF steak, salad, soy sauce mushrooms and slimming world chips
Fridays chicken fajita wraps with fresh chopped tomatoes instead of salsa. I usually have 4 white wraps, instead I had 2 wholemeal wraps and ate the rest on it's own. Can't do it without soured cream
