Good Evening My Lovelies

I am looking for breakfast ideas that I can have on the run.

I sometimes start work at 6am so breakfast can be stressful... I'm also looking to stay away from HEB and HEA options as I like my hifi bars and cheese

Thanks

Most of my mornings start with Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries served with a Mullerlight Yogurt. I have this prepped and in a bowl the night before, ready to grab out of the fridge whilst rushing around in the morning!

Another one is 'Breakfast in a Bowl' - again, a prep the night before solution. Chuck 1/2 a can of baked beans in a bowl, add in some chopped raw bacon, chopped mushrooms and tomatoes. Cover and leave in fridge over night. Then in the morning, I whack it in the microwave for 3 minutes whilst organising stuff ready for work, then eat once it's cooked.

Hope that helps x x
I too prefer to save my HEA and Bs for later in the day. x x

When you say on the run, are you not at home, no access to anything? Restricted to hand held or in a pot with a spoon, knife fork?

Pre cooked foods ( low syn, lean bacon, beans as per Looby above) hard boiled eggs, bananas, muller light yoghurts, home made rice puddings, savoury rice pots, SW wedges, slices of Spanish omelet, low syn sausages ( Linda McCartney red onion Rosemary syn free, SW Iceland etc.)

I generally use hexb for breakfasts, doing red and green days so get 2 of each hex a and b. Love it.

Scrambled eggs done in the microwave only take a couple minutes. A lot of ladies at my group use food thermos. Keeps it either hot or cold. SO you could use it for cold yogurt and chopped fruit too that you prepared the night before.

I can recommend breakfast muffins - I take a silicone muffin pan and fill it up with ham, peppers, sautéed mushrooms and then top it with whisked eggs and bake until set. They are all free food and can be eaten on the move either hot or cold and are delicious What do you have for Breakfast?-uploadfromtaptalk1442175235715.jpg

I always have fruit. Be it berries or melon and strawberries (it's been melon and strawberries for the last few weeks!) I prep it all at the weekend, and then all I need to do is make myself a portion the night before
I used to use my B choice for breakfast, but I prefer the Hifi bars, so I'm having those instead of cereal.

I like the sound of the breakfast in a bowl Looby! That's easily something I could throw in the microwave onc eI get to work!
