Having a rubbish day today, sorry to moan. Last day of our holiday and it's chucking it down with rain. I think I've got post-holiday blues before we've even left! Not relishing the thought of getting back to normal life, especially as I must have put so much weight on this week. It's been great to eat what I want. Really hoping I can find my dieting mojo again when I'm home, otherwise I'm in trouble! Feeling very low and quite possibly due my TOTM which obviously isn't helping.

Ooh AliCat so sorry you're feeling blue. Hope getting home brings warmth and familiarity. I struggle being away from home too long.

I've also gained while in hospital - so we're together on recouping our losses but no way you'll have gained back all your losses, and people always gain on holiday - so don't beat yourself up ((hugs)). As for TOTM well that is a mare that gets us all and very likely why you're feeling so blue.

Sending hugs and strength - hope you can enjoy your last night and safe journey home.

I took my youngest to rainbows event - she was super clingy and cried when I went to leave (not like her) - so I stayed. Hubby felt a bit odd as we'd planned to take middle daughter for lunch as she's too old for the soft play. So he had to take her for lunch on his own - which after last few days I know was a bit off but nothing I could do. Youngest is 5.. so natural she's feeling emotional over my having been away. Fingers x'd it settles soon.

I forgot all about SW for a moment too and had a piece of choc brownie - I know it'll be ok if keep syns down but need to try harder!

PurpleJ you're such a tower of strength, you make me see sense in all my negativity! I'm sure you and your family have had a much tougher time than me in recent weeks, so I've no right to moan and you put such a sensible perspective on things. Hope you soon see a light at the end of your tunnel. How you've stayed on plan for this long is beyond me!
I think I'm just feeling tired and overwhelmed. We haven't stopped all week. I've ate and drunk more than twice as much as usual. I think the alcohol is probably having a negative effect on my emotions. I am looking forward to getting home to my creature comforts and normal routine. Holidays are lovely but this hasn't been a particularly easy one. Take care all.

Ahh we're always in a position of someone is worse off.. I found out tonight a woman who owns a horse at our yard is in hospital waiting for a heart stent after becoming ill - My situation could have indeed been a lot worse, I was lucky the op went well and it was best case scenario so it'll all be right in the end.

Holidays can be very hard sometimes, living up to expectations and completely changing routines. Normality will come ((hugs))

I nipped down to my horses, the torrential rain they forecast never arrived so took their rugs off. It was almost dark but lovely to see them and eldest daughter came with me. Filled up my car on the way home and was good to give it a spin after a few days out of use. hubby offered me a lift to and from work tomorrow - I was horrified! lol I love my car and have missed driving.

It's very quiet on here at the moment and we seem to have lost quite a few people. I hope they're just busy and haven't fallen off the wagon. I'm sure once the kids go back to school we'll all have a bit more focus. I love having a chat to everyone on here. Hope you're all keeping well x

I am actually going to mum caravan Friday - Sunday so hoping I can stay on plan while in Skegvegas :-) x

I'm still here too.

Still on the wagon.

However, just off out in 10 minutes for lunch with some friends....possibly not the best idea on 'Weigh Day'...but hey ho...will try to be as good as I can be!

I've been nominated for 'Woman of the Year' in my group, and it's finals night tonight, so hopefully that should help to keep me focussed on my food choices!
