That's fantastic Sweets

I weigh in on a Tuesday night so am eye on the prize in term of food on plan. I have a locked jaw at the moment (long story in my journal) which is causing me real problems eating but am on anti-biotics and hoping to see my GP tomorrow.

Main thing is keeping on plan and knowing that even through this (for the last 2 weeks) I'm doing what I want to do.. losing weight! lol

Morning everyone. Got loads to do today in prep for holiday tomorrow. Got to de-fuzz all over, strip the beds, paint my nails, and actually pack. We've got wifi in our cottage but don't think I'll be doing a food diary next week...
I'll keep in touch though and let you know what I've been up to.

AliCat sounds like a busy day but a great one!
Enjoy your holiday and don't fret about food whatever you put on will be partly water and lost very soon!

most important is that you enjoy your holiday! We'll miss you but look forward to hearing how you get on.

I'm off to the GP in an hour - about my mouth. Am in half mind to go to A&E if I don't get anywhere as reading up on it online it looks like need a referral - hoping my GP will do that though. We'll see, so used to not getting anywhere with GP (mental health road was a long winding one before I was referred to a psych and diagnosed).

Waiting for a parcel today too. Have stripped the beds and bedding is in the machine.

Hi everyone...just got back from my holiday in Scotland.

Had a great time, and managed to fit loads in (including a fair amount of food too! ).

Alicat...sorry to hear about your marriage issues. Hope you manage to have a lovely holiday, and come back feeling renewed. Where are you off to? I see you'll have wifi in your cottage. We were supposed to have wifi in ours, but it had recently been struck by lightning, and the router had been fried! It did feel strange being without the internet...we get so used to having it at our fingertips all the time.

PurpleJ...hope you had some success at the Doctors and you're feeling better very soon x x

Thanks everyone for all the lovely compliments on my dress...I did feel really fab in it...which was a strange feeling, as I'm usually quite self conscious about my appearance, and used to being the 'fat, frumpy' one of my friends.

Although I have not been strictly on plan whilst away, I'm hoping that pushing my 14 stone 80 year old mum around in a wheelchair all week, will have burnt off some of the excess/naughty food!

Hiya folks, just a quick note to say we arrived in Dorset safely after a 5hr drive. Few frayed tempers at the end when we couldn't find the cottage! Went to the pub last night and had pie and chips followed by salted caramel cheesecake However, I'm going to eat what I want all week as we've worked hard all year and deserve our break! Take care all x

Message to self "don't got on the scales tomoz"

All these holidays peeps are having! can't wait to get away again in the caravan but we can't agree where to go.

Hey everyone

Looby - glad you had a lovely holiday,

AliCat - glad you arrived safely.. yum your pudding sounds wonderful you were eating that for me! lol

Woggles weather here is awful too, I've put the heating on about half an hour ago as it feels like winter - misty rain and overcast all day.

I've had a quiet day as called I sick to work - picked up a book I've had beside me to read for a while and am enjoying it. Kids are playing well and enjoying a quiet day. Hubby went shopping.. and after I voiced my intention to make some soup he took charge and I had a lovely bowl of soup. He's much more the cook in our house. So it was lovely to eat something healthy without effort.

There are lovely lemon and raisin pancakes in the kitchen though.. 5 syns so might have one with an options later (it'll take me an age to eat just one). Feeling a little bit brighter than last night though (bipolar has been unstable the last 24 hours).

Good morning! Still in bed as it's chucking it down and I can hardly walk today. Yesterday we walked from Charmouth to Lyme Regis, about 3.5 miles as the coast path is closed and we had to follow the diversion on the roads. It was very uphill and very hard going for me but I do like to challenge myself. We we're supposed to walk back but had to get a bus as I couldn't manage another step! So today my hips and legs are frozen due to my fibromyalgia so I'm glad it's raining as it gives me a rest. I'm eating far too much but enjoying every mouthful and glad of the exercise I'm getting

Well done on the walk Ali!

Not knowing what the effects of fibromyalgia are fully (I know people who have it, but I'm not one) you did brilliantly! I know I wouldn't be moving very easily if I'd have done the walk
