What are you using your Syns on today?
Being nosey ![LOL](https://www.socialslimmers.com/images/smilies/chuckle.gif) Interested to see how others use their syns. Might give me some inspiration for tomorrow
So far today I've used 10 syns.
1.5 - Splash of Milk in Coffee
0.5 - Sugarfree Jelly
3 - Sharwoods Black Bean Stir Fry Sauce
0.5 - 7 Sprays Bertolli Olive Oil
4.5 - Special K Crisps
What are you planning on using your syns on today? Or what have you already used?

Yeo Valley Natural yogurts. Gorgeous. 1 1/2 syns and totally worth it. Or 2 syns for the bigger size pot.
Have tried all the free diet yogurts and just don't like them.
Also had couple extra Hi Fi bars. Yum, 3 syns each.

I like the idea of this thred... Inspiration all round!
Yesterday I used 8.5 of mine on:
2 syns - 2 tbsp Salad Cream (an aquired taste I know lol ![Wink](https://www.socialslimmers.com/images/smilies/wink.gif) )
3.5 syns - Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli & Garlic Sauce
3 syns - oil used to cook tea (I didn't cook it, and it got used before they realised it should have been fry light lol)
Today my syns are:
2 syns - 2 tbsp Salad Cream
5.5 syns - Feta Cheese (went out of date today, so used what was left. 45g for hex a, then another 38g so I've synned that)
Might treat myself to a Lemon Meringue Hifi light later, so that's another 3 syns... 10.5 for the day isn't bad

Yesterday mine were spent on seeded bread - two mingy little slices - annoying that they don't count as a HEX as they have seeds in them, but I was very good and logged the syns instead of cheating- 9 in total!
The rest went on:
ketchup with SW chips,
some shake-on Cajun sauce for chicken thighs (only 2 syns and made all the difference)
an oatcake - bit 'expensive' at 2.5, but I ran home from work and needed something carby and no bananas on hand!

Yesterday I had 3 syns on salad cream, and 4.5 on a garlic bread slice with dinner.
Today... well, I don't even want tothink about what they'll go on tonight... Leaving do for 2 people who left work recently, and ther's a buffet... but I've been told it's things like Pizza, chicken pieces, etc. rather than the usual sausage rolls/pasty/sandwich type buffet, so I'll try keep count!
Drinks will probably be Malibu & diet coke, or some other spirit and diet coke lol

Ha good luck with the buffet, blimey! I feel your pain - it is our company BBQ tomorrow, all day standing around with a BBQ and shead loads of food. We all bring food, so I will be making a massive green salad, couscous, roasted veg and a massive sugar free jelly - all free. Then just have to deal with the burgers and things and of course, the booze. Learned my lesson last week, going to flexible syn it and stick to a maximum of 30 syns - 5 glasses of wine tops (over the day - we are all staying late into the night and camping in our rural office grounds).
So if I have to eat Slimming World food, so do my colleagues narhahahahaha!
