
weetabix and banana for breakfast, peanut butter on toast for lunch, chickpea, spinach and sweet potato curry with brown rice for dinner and a banana for a snack! And I'm just sitting down with a green tea!
Exercise wise, I did no more trouble zones, all 50odd minutes of it, I've done 50 inverse squats and just marched on my aerobic step whilst watching corrie!
I can't remember the last time I was this motivated!
