Hi, I'm new to slimming world, I'm currently 11st 3lbs. Have to say that I'm really enjoying the plan so far, love how they focus on generous healthy foods but still allow treats. I have been calorie counting for the past two years! But I seem to either be starving or letting go and over eating. My weight is like a yo yo being up and down. Good luck to everyone!

The trick with SW is to fill up on speed and protein foods. Protein is what keeps you felling full, and the speeds help boost your weight loss

Hello. I'm new to Slimming World and these forums. I'm not going to an actual group so thought it would be nice to find a forum for support. I'm currently 11st 1lb (was 11st 6lbs) and aiming for 10st 7lbs currently.

I don't have a huge amount to lose so I'm hoping Slimming World will still work for me. Seems to be so far, just need to try and stick with it! Our wedding is in March next year so that is my big aim

Oh and how do I add a signature to my posts? Can I do that? Want to add my ticker

As for the signture, you need to have 10 posts before you can create a signature, find a few threads and start commenting and you'll be there in no time!
