I only lost 2lbs this week :-( I really was hoping for more. Think it's cuz last week was such a great loss. But on the bright side least I didn't put on an am happy with 10 an a half pounds off in 2weeks 😃

They say 1-2 lbs per week is a sensible amount and sustainable, so you'll be more likely to keep it off. Well done!

well done some weeks its big numbers some weeks are small ones and sometimes its a little plus but as long as you continue and know what you want you will be just fine

2lbs is the same as two tubs of butter, I'd never be disappointed with a 2lb loss. Especially after a massive loss like last week's! I lost 2lbs this week and I'm thrilled, the recommended rate is 0.5-2lbs a week so that's right at the top of the NHS guideline amount.

I was hoping for more that was all lol I'm not disappointed with a 2lbs loss any loss is amazing
