It's getting cooler here. I love the fall weather, but I do have a harder time dieting when it's cold. It's partly because I just spend more time indoors, with the kitchen close by.

I really like brown rice a lot. The major difference for me is that I find it very filling and satisfying. Just a small portion of it fills me up very nicely, but white rice doesn't have that effect.

I use the microwave, but I've become paranoid about heating up any food that's in contact with plastic. So I always put the food in a ceramic dish and cover with another dish, rather than plastic.
