ive not really been on any diet before. i like my food which is a real problem for me :lol: thinking slimming world may be best because the food seems so much better and the recipes sound yummy lol....

not started slimming world yet but know about syns. most of my recipes are probably syn free anyway. my fav at the moment is buying the packs of pre cut and washed winter...
