For a quick and nutritious lunch, I like to make a sandwich on whole grain bread. I put on a slice of sharp cheese. Then I add watercress and sliced tomatoes. I mix a little curry powder into some low-fat mayonnaise, and coat the bread. I think that the strong flavors of the peppery watercress and the curry powder help me to feel satisfied.
