Favorite Quick Lunch
My favorite quick lunch is tuna with light mayo, saltine crackers, lettuce leaves and tomatoes. What is your favorite lunch to throw together when you're in a pinch?

That sounds delicious. I throw together a bed of lettuce topped with a few slices of cucumber and tomato on wholemeal bread. Sometimes I add a slice of cold ham or brawn and I'm good to go.

My favorite "quick" lunch is pulling a slice of leftover pizza out of the fridge and eating it cold while standing by the sink. You did say "quick".

I just peel a banana and lunch is done. When I'm in a hurry, eating bananas is enough to fill me until the next meal.

A quick lunch for me would be to throw a Lean Cuisine in the microwave and it's ready to go in just a few minutes. I always keep a few in the freezer.

Tuna is not bad at all. I am still on a mostly soft foods diet after the dental work so today I am going to be making an egg salad sandwich for lunch. Every once in a while I get a craving for some eggs and this always does the trick.

My favourite quick lunches are either pot noodle style things or tomato and mozzarella salad! Which I've just had as a quick snack now before eating a proper meal when the kids are in bed'

I love a nice tomato salad with mozzarella. It's even better when the tomatoes are fresh picked from a garden. Tomato season is over now so we'll be back to store bought bland ones again.

We've still got some tomatoes to harvest! We planted pretty late this year and that combined with the weather we've had's made everything come really late!

My favorite quick lunch is naan Indian bread that I rip apart and dip into spicy chipotle hummus that is sold at my local Wegmans supermarket. This flavor of hummus is incredibly spicy, so beware. I love the soft texture of naan bread. I know it is full of carbohydrates but it is so good.
