Garlic Butter Recipe
3tbsp unsalted butter
1 minced garlic glove (I pick the biggest, I love garlic lol)
1/2 a small shallot onion (really don't use much)
A twist or 2 of salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chives (as desired)
- Mix all ingredients together and put aside. TIP: melt the butter for a couple of seconds in a microwave if required.
Red Potato Salad
600g red potatoes
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2tbsps red wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 spring onions sliced
Finely chopped parsley (optional)
- Start cooking your red potatoes and prep the dressing.
- Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix
- Once potatoes are done to your preference allow them to cool before pouring over the dressing
Steak
Cook steak to your preference and once serves add a dollop of your garlic butter ontop
