Garlic, Lemon & Pepper Steak & Green Beans

Served with some parsley mash #nom

Mix together:
Juice of 1 lemon
4 crushed/pressed/grated garlic
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp black pepper (I use course but it's preference)

Put a layer of the mixture over the steak both sides

In a saute pan add some coconut oil and add the green beans with the rest of the mixture for a couple of minutes
TIP: If the pan gets too dry I add splashes of water

Use a griddle pan to cook the steak according to time of how well done you like your steak - I use a cheeky bit of salted butter to do the steak

Serve alone or with sweet potato mash or parsley mash etc
