Well, yes healthy crackers actually do exist! But, guess what? It's not your favorite Ritz crackers that are going to help you lose weight. The high fructose corn syrup alone is enough to set you back a month from just a couple servings.
That is okay, I still love my Ritz veggie crackers. I use them when I do breaded chicken and it always turns out great. Never use a bunch, just enough to get the crust the way I like it.
