30 Day Squat Challenge
Who's brave enough to restart this with me :yahoo
So far I've done 15 + 15 with ball and dumbbells.
So 20 squats before bed.
I'm thinking of buying a kettlebell for at home or some better dumbbells, I have the 3kg ones I used with the 30 day challenge could do with heavier for these kind of exercises!
I'm in! Although I'm going to be doing inverse squats as it was brought to my attention the other day that I'm not too good at them

You're well stronger than me, I've got 2kg weights and can't use them in all the bits on my DVDs I need them for!

I roll on a fitness ball too... Don't get why but hey ho that's what I've been told to do!
I'm gona do them in a min when I can be bothered getting off the sofa! How do you roll on the ball? I used to kind of roll myself into a plank and then back again, I had to let the ball down the other week cos the small one was driving me mad with it.
Put the ball near your bum and against the wall and roll down it in squat position with weights! I always think I'm gonna roll off and not get back up lol
Omg I can only imagine what would happen if I did that
I'm 10 squats down, going to do 20 in a min!
I did my 20 before bed ... None so far but will do day 2 when I go for a nice bath later

I don't think my legs will hack today's! I managed all 50 yesterday but it really hurt! Last time I did it I found doing them whilst waiting for the kettle to boil worked well.
I completed mine last night
