Some useful info - how many calories are you burning?
Multiply your weight by .096
Take the answer and multiply it by how many minutes exercise you did
... I'm doing 100 atm so when I get to day 9 I will up them to how the challenge goes
I started this last week. Felt the pain in my legs every time I tried to stand, walk, move lol which shows how unfit I am. I then stopped for a couple days but am going to start this again today and stick to it for the month.
