SEPTEMBER 100km Challenge
So it's up in advance, who is joing me? Noticed Augusts challenged didn't even get posted from any of us 
Can you beat the challenge this month?
100km
Walking
Power walking
Jogging
Running
Cardio machines
Go team SOCIAL SLIMMERS

Does it have to be like a dedicated effort or can I use my pedometer and count the km I walk in an average day?!

LOL i think we were all hpping it was one of those things never spoken of again.
only joking, glad to see it back again!! I am gonna nail this before i go away on the 24th, HURGH!!

Haha if we used one daily by just walking round house etc we'd all be there but yer count walks to school etc  x

How's everyone getting on?! I walked 1km round the park earlier every little helps! Very, very tempted to go for a run when my OH gets in, but I've still got loads to sort for school tomorrow!

I'm going to try and do the school pick up on foot on thurs and fri to try and bump it a little! Not holding out much hope though
