Loosing weight too fast is not recommended because of yo-yo effect. But SlimmingWorld works quite fast if you stick to the rules. I lost one stone in 5 weeks. I eat So much healthier so I would recommend SW to you. If you are interested you can find lots of information online or write to me and I can share with what I’ve learned that works for me

I agree with Szkuda - losing weight quickly isn't advisable. It won't stay off in the long run, and losing weight quickly isn't healthy.
SW is a great plan, although I realise it doesn't work for everyone. It focuses on keeping you feeling full for longer, and changing your relationship with food. There are lots of tips on the SW pages, or ask for more advice. I've been a member of SW for some years, so there's little I've not seen/heard at group

Quick weight loss is not the best long term solution.
Good luck finding a plan that suits you

I agree with Szkuda. It's a time taking process. However, i think diet is the best way to control it. Yes, i am interested to know more about it. Please share your views.

What works for me:
Eating lots of veggies fresh or cooked with each meal. I tend to bake or steam/ cook my fish or meat so I avoid frying on oil. I always choose meat that is lean.
And in that combination (meat/fish+ vegetables) I don’t count calories and eat as much as I want.
Choosing carbohydrates- I try eat all kind of beans/ lentils as they are also great source of protein. Wholemeal pasta& Rice* in small quantities.
Eggs/ quark+fruits/ light yoghurts as much as I want.
These are my kinda rules and works for me.
*SlimmingWorld allows you to eat pasta/ rice as free food

Losing weight in a short period are often achieved with extreme 'plans' and in the long run are not sustainable.
I sometimes have 'boost' days where I would juice morning and afternoon with fresh fruit and veg and a meal in the evening while low carbs but only for 5 days at a time max, messing with the metabolism isn't a bad thing.
If you don't want to follow a specific plan:
Eat clean
Drink 3 litres of water a day
Cut out sugar
Drink less alcohol
Eat until 80% full
