Failed yesterday big time... Today not so good either savings stay the same combo of vodka and stress. Oh well!

Actually I think back and between Friday Saturday I smoked about 30 each day so add a saving £7.25 so £29.50... Today I've smoked 9 so far, WOW. I won't be smoking past 15 so this week:

Last night I ended on 14 cigarettes. Now I am battling my 'moments' but not to the point I am irritable but I do feel I might have to push myself below around this mark.... still quite proud of myself from 40 to 15! x
