 well done! I'm on enforced quitting today  I've run out of baccy and I'm housebound with a poorly one off school! OHs suddenly decided to be supportive and wouldn't lend me any saying I need to quit for my run

Oh I can't do forced if fail, this is the only thing that's cut me down without being a full on bitch!
18 yesterday as I was away and drinking ... Still if smoke at least 20 during drinking alone so I'm happy

Exactly 18 again yesterday oops but my savings are still amazing...

Edit: Forgot how many I smoked this day but on Facebook I'd added my total
Of £63.97 for the week  total £102.56

Well I was a bit all over Tuesday and Wednesday and smoked more although not 40 I was still disappointed with myself!
Yesterday the longest I managed the longest I'd ever gone between smokes ...3hrs 15 minutes this morning I smoked 5 up to 1.45 then I lasted 4 hours between the next 2 I had  also beating the least I've smoked in one day, 9
Mon 13 £9.78
Tues 26 £5.07
Wed 20 £7.25
Thurs 9 £11.23
Total savings = £33.33

Not so great last week after a bad weekend but still a saving of
£46.01
Total saving since I started vaping £148.57
Yesterday was a new start and ended on 16/40 smokes  x

Omg your doing so well! I've got to start cutting down again! With my throat being bad though I stopped vaping cos it seems to hit my throat more! OH keeps commenting on how much I'm smoking ATM though

It really does take time before you get the hand of it, physically and mentally. I actually smoked and vaped for about two weeks before I put down the traditional cigarette. Stay motivated!
