You've missed a couple Wobbles.

It washes down all your tablets,

and it takes the sting out of cheap whiskey.

Your probably far too young to understand that.

I have to say, I've upped my water intake recently and my skin is definitely looking better! Because I'm a smoker (and giving up after the big house move, thank god), I have dry skin anyway--which doesn't combine well with the fact that my skin is also oily! I've noticed that I'm having to scrub my face less often and, coupled with better habits with my moisturiser, I'm looking all aglow!

I always regret not keeping up with it and notice. Like you I am an ex smoker combined with oily skin. It does wonders in loads of way inside out! x

totally agree. and I know from experience it DOES help with skin. one of the things that scared me about losing weight was all the excess skin you are left with. I wasn't. and I put it down to water and good food.
