How did I manage to put on 7lbs in two days!
OK so I know I had a bacon sandwich and a (regular sized) Maccy D's with diet coke yesterday... and maybe went through a few bottles of wine (
), but how the heck can it take a week to lose 4lbs and 2 days to put on 7
All this week I've been on weight watchers meals and been good on not snacking so totally miffed that I've undone all my hard work in just a couple of days
It is probably just water retention from the bacon and the McDonalds as they're both high in salt. Hopefully it's just temporary and will be back to normal in a few days

Although easy on should be easy go if you get straight back on it, always the way though. It always takes no time to put it on and loads of time to lose it
probably water retention? or buggered scales? re-weigh tomorrow, dont fret until then!

I reckon it's water retention like the others! I'm dreading the scales tomorrow as I drank my bodyweight in various alcoholic beverages last night! Threw most of it up though, so maybe it won't be too bad
Definitely got to be water retention. It'll go down in a couple of days.
Im the same, 'cept it was a bit more than 7!!
i can put 7lbs on in a day!! defo just water retention, drink plenty water to flush it out and weigh again in a couple of days!

Bad luck PP, it must have been all the salt as I've pretty much lost it all again
