I have lost a large amount of fat in the past 6 months. However I am now struggling with my last extra weight. Even though I spend more time exercising now, the fat doesn't seem to melt. I read a blog recently that dark chocolates are good for weight loss. I also had friend who told me that she managed to lose some weight by eating dark chocolate from Giddy Yo Yo. Does it really work? Or is it too good to be true?

Eating Dark chocolates will work. When combined with a healthy diet and exercise, dark chocolate can give you an extra boost toward reaching your weight-loss goals.

Eating dark chocolate min 3 days a week will help your body digest the food which you take, inhibit insulin resistance, reduce stress and may prevent you from overeating.

Contrary to popular belief, recent studies have shown that chocolate may help suppress sugar pangs and foster weight loss in some cases. According to Women's Health Mag, dark chocolate, which usually contains 70% cocoa, can be considered as a weight loss option, since it also has low fat content. But watch the carb counts and enjoy a chocolate treat occasionally.

Apparently the high cocoa solids chocolate can help suppress the appetite if eaten before a meal. I think it needs to be at least 80%
