How to lose weight fast?

Bootcamp's where you go along and they shout at you and make you do circuits and stuff if that's not your cup of tea you could try Jillian michaels 30day shred! Same kinda thing, but it's a DVD and you can do it in the comfort of your living room! I keep meaning to start up on it again, the results I got last time were really good!

Wow St Lucia sounds amazing!

I'm not a fan of liquid diets, I think 2 months on one would be hellish. I'm going down the exercise route so that when I do lose weight, my body will be toned up too.

I read a lot about lots of different fitness programs and I like Jillian Michaels and the Beachbody stuff. I'm currently doing Insanity, which you do for 30 days and then can restart and I've read stories of people who were my size (206lbs) losing 1-2 stone in 30 days from the exercise.

You can easily lose weight by maintaining a proper diet schedule and exercising regularly for at least 45 mins a day.

Is it really safe to lose weight that fast? I mean we all want to look good but would it be safe to rush it?

People lose weight in the best way that suits them.

My opinion is that it's better to lose weight a few pounds a week, as it can be easier to keep it off in the long run.
Hence why I'm not a fan of the shake diets, or something that cuts out a food group. As soon as you start to eat that food group, or actual food if you do a full shake diet, you're at risk of putting the weight back on.
